Safety Turn
The safety turn lamp can detect the heat in the inner wheel region when the vehicle is turning. At the same time, the safety turn lamp starts running to warn passengers this way to avoid danger.
Design Implementation
The car body of trucks and other giant vehicles is long, When the vehicle is turning a corner, the headstock could turn immediately, but the car body cannot, the blind area of the differential inner wheel becomes a ‘killer.’ To solve this problem, we designed a cornering lamp which could identify the differential inner wheels. The temperature sensor in the safety turn lamp can detect the heat in the inner wheel region when the vehicle is turning. At the same time, the safety turn lamp starts running to warn passengers this way to avoid dangerously. Meanwhile, the remainder will be received by the driver. Meanwhile, the driver gets the reminder.
What is the differential inner wheel?
The differential inner wheel is when the vehicle turns, the difference between the front wheel turning radius and the rear wheel turning radius. In the eyes of the driver, the differential inner wheel is not only the blind area but also the ‘death zone.’ If the car body is long, the driver turns the steering wheel a little bit more, so that the differential inner wheel would be made more prominent.
